The class is restricted to 30 students.

Students will work on capstone projects in conjunction with, and with the approval of, the instructor.

The instructor encourages students to work in groups up to, but no more than, 4 students.

Each group of students will produce and present, at an end of semester presentation session (most likely in the Library – to be announced), a conference style poster on their project. 

Class sessions will be devoted to brief group presentations of ideas for, progress on, and issues with, capstone projects.

Attendance at class sessions is required. Three (3) or more unexplained absences may result in a grade of F without further warning. If you cannot be in class  for some valid reason – such as personal, or family or friend illness, or transportation or related issues – please let the instructor know as soon as possible (preferably in advance).
